11U HL Game Day Card - Quick Rules
11U Game Day Card as per Niagara Interlock Baseball rule book
- Mound 44’, Bases 65’, larger orange plate should be used
- May start and must finish with minimum of 8 players
- Regular season only = may borrow within same division or below
- 3 innings or 60 minutes is considered official ( 6 innings max)
- No new inning after 1hr 20 min, umpire does not call last inning
- Run per inning = 4,4,4,4,4,4
- Mercied team may take last at bats for developmental purposes
- No lead offs with with one steal attempt ( only home on HB, BB, PB)
- Defense =can’t play 3 consecutive IF innings or more than 4 OF innings
- Educate defense to play either in front or behind baseline to avoid
- interference with runners at this age group ( no play = stay away)
- Next inning catcher ( have ready , with 2 outs, run for catcher)
- 1st pitch should be less than 2 minutes from previous set of 3 outs
- Pitcher = 6 new, 4 returning, max 2 innings/game, max 3 innings over 3
- days ( player may pitch and catch within same game)
- Coach and Umpire relationship needs to be exceptional at all times
